Cyndi Bridges Mosk brings over 30 years of sales, sales management, marketing, training, and facilitation experience to JBK, having founded her own business-consulting firm in 1990. Cyndi dedicates herself to helping companies increase profitability by providing solutions to support revenue growth through targeted and sustained sales force effectiveness. Her typical consulting activities include assessment and diagnosis, followed by development and implementation of customized systems, processes, coaching, and training. Cyndi’s skills include Instructional Design, classroom facilitation, functional and cross-functional team based problem-solving, senior leadership strategy and business planning, and executive coaching. As a classroom facilitator, Cyndi has delivered training in the areas of sales, sales management, negotiation skills, problem-solving, Quality Improvement, presentation skills, interpersonal communication techniques, and leadership effectiveness.
Cyndi began her career in high tech sales with the Xerox Corporation in 1979, where she held a variety of management assignments. Cyndi’s Xerox positions included multiple Western US leadership positions including National Account Sales Operations Manager, Western Region Sales Operations Manager, Western Region Training Manager, District Sales Manager, and Major Account Sales Manager. At Xerox, Cyndi consistently over-achieved annual revenue targets ranging from $15 million to $134 million. She was a 11 year winner of the Xerox President’s Club, reflecting her ability to achieve the highest level of company recognition for sales results.
In the midst of her consulting career, Cyndi joined the firm, Equative Inc., a provider of proprietary Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) software delivered over the Internet. At Equative, Cyndi held the position of Vice President of Sales, and built a sales, customer support, and training organization that successfully penetrated and supported Fortune 1000 organizations throughout the United States. Cyndi spent two years at Equative and experienced the dot.com frenzy of Venture Capital Funding, IPO readiness, and unrivaled expectations for idea-to-market timeframes. She considers the experience one of the most valuable in her business career.
Cyndi graduated with a B.A. in Political Science at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Cyndi’s activities, beyond consulting, include the West Point Parent’s Club (Board Member), American Society for Training and Development, the National Association for Women Professionals, Support Organization for Trisomy 13, 18, and Related Disorders (past Board Member), MIND Research Institute, UCLA Alumni Association, Kappa Kappa Gamma National Sorority.
