Lori Eberly, LCSW (she/her) provides coaching and counseling on the bad habits damaging trust and ruining teams. After four years of coaching tech executives across the US, Europe, and Asia, Lori founded Radius Executive Coaching & Development in 2014. Radius draws from the best in neuroscience to foster a-ha moments and shift behavior. In addition to her role at JBK, she is a facilitator, public speaker, and author.
Lori’s experience includes software startups and semiconductor giants, mergers and acquisitions, and designing and implementing leadership curriculum. She’s worked across functions, including R&D, Finance, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success; primary clients are engineers and scientists.
Prior to coaching tech executives and building a business, Lori honed discovery and relationship skills as a hospice social worker, learning to establish trust amid crisis and chaos. She leveraged emotional intelligence, self-awareness and curiosity to transition her career to developing leaders and cultivating psychological safety on teams. Lori brings empathy and truth-telling to companies that value employees and integrity.
