Working as a consultant who spans two countries (Korea and USA) gives Matthew a unique perspective on business that he uses to great effect with his broad client base. While he specializes in Sales and Marketing, Team Building and Leadership, and Corporate Cultural Change, he also has expertise in the development of web-based Distance-Learning Programs for Korean corporations.
Matthew is a dynamic and engaging trainer, with exposure to a variety of industries including automotive, technology, communications, and telecommunications. Clients include General Motors; Ford, HP, Applied Materials, Raytheon, KPMG, Korea First Bank, Daewoo, Samsung, Ssang Yong, Hyundai, Dacom, Hanaro Telecom, and Korea Telecommunications Corp. Matthew is equally adept at working with all levels of an organization and enjoys being involved in programs that allow for on-going development of the participants as well as the business.
In the past five years, Matthew has been an active member of an Asia-Pacific team, delivering and coaching the “GM Difference” program – a Global Corporate Training initiative for GM Asia Pacific. As a result of the success of this program, he was invited to join the team as a master facilitator in the new “GM Daewoo Difference” program for Korean dealerships. Also, he renders his upselling training services for his clients as an Korea representative of Raytheon Professional Services.
Born in Korea, Matthew is now a U.S. citizen, fluent in both English and Korean.
