Ellen Spalding brings more than two decades of experience supporting and enabling customer facing organizations across enterprise software, SaaS, and high growth technology companies.
Prior to joining Jack B. Keenan, Inc., Ellen held senior sales enablement and operational leadership roles at organizations including Salesforce, Adobe, Autodesk, Benchling, and Airwallex. Her work has focused on helping sales organizations improve onboarding, coaching, customer engagement, operational execution, and adoption of strategic selling methodologies across global teams.
At JBK, Ellen serves as Operations Lead, supporting customer stewardship, workshop logistics, and the operational systems that support JBK client engagements worldwide. She works closely with customers and internal stakeholders to help ensure programs execute smoothly and consistently from initial planning through delivery and follow up.
Ellen’s background combines operational discipline, enablement expertise, and strong communication skills with a practical understanding of how customer facing organizations operate and scale. She is particularly passionate about building systems that improve clarity, continuity, and execution while preserving the human side of customer engagement and learning.
