Michael Fritsch

Michael Fritsch has a passion for solving complex business problems.  With 25+ years of experience as a Service, Sales and Operations Executive, and Technology Consultant, Mike has delivered over $250M in economic value (ROI) across 100+ consulting engagements. 

Mike began his career as an Army officer, serving 10 years on active duty and in the reserves. From there he joined Applied Materials at the beginning of the tech boom.  Mike started in manufacturing and rose to executive positions. He led a $1.6B service business with 3000+ engineers in 13 countries while spearheading the company’s lean transformation.  Mike’s passion for training and performance started in the Army and grew when he ran Applied Global Technical Training.  This $50M training business had 160 staff in 8 facilities spanning 6 countries.

Mike left Applied to pursue consulting with a primary focus on Technology, Semiconductor, Solar, and Manufacturing. Mike has helped 100s of organizations improve their sales, operations, and service performance.  

Mike is a member of the Forbes Business Development Council where he has appeared 70+ times. He has been featured in CIO, Inc., Renewable Energy World, NTD Television, and Fast Company. 

Mike graduated from the United States Military Academy (West Point) with a B.S. of Engineering. He holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and completed the AEA Executive Institute at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. 

Mike lives in Austin, Texas where he enjoys live music, good coffee, craft breweries, and volunteer work. Mike’s volunteer work includes serving as the VP of Outreach for the Austin Chapter of the Project Management Institute.  He was the Founder and President of the Austin Chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement.
